Big compliments – Nice Abs Girl!

It’s always good to get complimented on your looks, and “pretty girl with abs” is one of my favorites. This compliment shows an appreciation for my fitness and beauty, so how do I achieve it?

There are two parts to having a six pack worthy of a compliment: Having a body fat percentage below 16% – 19%, which is good news for girls – men should be below 10% – 11%. You will also need to exercise your abs so that they are fit and toned. So work on both at the same time and you’ll soon hear praise from the cute abs girl.

Measure body fat

To ensure you have the proper levels of body fat, you will need to measure your body fat percentage. There are two good methods available to most people: using a bioelectrical impedance method or the skinfold gauge method.

Bioelectrical impedance: This method measures how well a small electrical charge passes through the body (don’t worry if it’s so small that you won’t feel it!). Usually a special set of scales. You can buy them wherever scales are sold. They can be purchased for less than $ 40. Scales can also be

found in most health and fitness centers.

Calipers – Essentially, your skin is “pinched” and the thickness of that pinch is measured. It’s much easier to let someone else do this measurement for you – the instructors at your local gym will probably know how to do it and will have the right equipment. It is possible to buy a set of tweezers yourself; They will come with instructions on how to use them and how to calculate your body fat percentage.

Reduce body fat

Fortunately, exercise will help you tone your abs and reduce body fat. But you will also need to eat a sensible diet. The main reason people who exercise well and yet don’t get that great six-pack look is that they don’t eat well either.

It seems to me that every day a revolutionary new diet appears on the market, closely followed by celebrities who swear by it. But in the long run, the best diet is one that includes as many processed foods as possible, and the only real way to consistently lose weight is to consume fewer calories than you expend.

So a good, low-calorie, low-processed diet will soon get you hearing “Pretty abs girl!”

Toning your abs

There are many great exercises to tone your abs, but think for a minute: have you ever seen someone with great abs who doesn’t have other great muscles as well? All of our muscles work together, and while you can exercise specific muscles, life will have you using combinations of muscles most of the time. So work with your body, make most of your muscle exercises work as many muscles as possible, this will also help you with fat loss as this type of exercise increases your metabolic rate. Next, work on your abs (and any other problem areas).
