Cleansing The Aura With Water And Salt

Your aura is like your energetic protective force field that not only protects you, but also allows you to shine your light outward. Have you ever felt someone’s presence before you even know they walk into a room or say something? It’s probably because you felt the aura of him and what he’s emitting.

Of course you want people to feel your true essence if you are someone who is not afraid of others seeing who you really are.

Your aura also acts as an energy magnet. When not cleaned up, it can accumulate debris to the point where it becomes weak and not as proficient.

When your aura is weakened, your body is susceptible to unwanted energy that can lead to illness.

Why do we attract energetic waste?

Sometimes your aura can be broken down due to pollution and smoky environments, chemicals, computers, the Internet, negative thinking, and engaging in negative-like behaviors or activities that reduce your frequency.

In addition to pollution and environmental aspects, negative thought patterns can actually be due to years of accumulation of unwanted energy that has thrown us out of balance emotionally and in all other ways as well. An excellent and effective way to change these patterns is to ask for Divine guidance to help us let go of all energetic baggage. This will help us break old patterns and cycles of behavior that no longer serve us.

salt water bath

Salt and water are excellent natural purifying agents and cleaners for energy waste.

Fill a bathtub with warm water and place a couple of handfuls of salt (sea salt, bath salts, etc.) in the water to dissolve.

Lie in the tub with the intention that all energetic debris be released and your aura strengthened and cleansed.

While this process is happening, why not turn it into a moment of meditation with soft music and candles? Just relax!

cold showers

Cold water is another natural way to cleanse our energy field (chakras and aura). It not only cleanses the energy body, but also does the following:

  • cheer up
  • rise the levels of energy
  • speeds up the healing process
  • improves circulation
  • detoxifies your body (eliminates toxins)
  • helps clear negative thinking

Cold showers can feel uncomfortable at first, but you can actually build up a tolerance for it. Make sure to only do this a few seconds at a time at first and then build up to minutes at a time. Try not to shock your system.
