What do you need:

  • 4 pieces. Bone-in pork chops
  • 1 can of creamy mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing and seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • cooking spray

Sprinkle ranch dressing and seasoning mix on both sides of each chop and place in a crock pot sprayed with cooking spray. For mushroom soup on pork. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours on low heat. Combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and pork gravy mix in a slow cooker. Stir to combine the ingredients well. Season the meat with garlic powder and place it in the pot. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low heat. In the last few minutes of cooking, combine the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and pour the mixture into the pot. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours over low heat. Remove meat from pot when done. Combine cornstarch with water then add to sauce. Cook for a further 3 to 5 minutes over low heat until the sauce has thickened. To serve, for sauce on chops.
