6 Week Body Makeover – Body Recipe Samples

You shouldn’t have to suffer and starve yourself on a diet. Learning to eat healthy and exercise from time to time is the key to losing weight and keeping it off in the future. Eye-opening omelette: includes 4 egg whites, 4 tablespoons of water, black pepper, fresh vegetables and herbs

If you want to spice up your omelette, you can try the Fiesta Omelette, Spring Spring, Hawaiian Sunrise, or Denver Omelet.

Egg whites are great lean proteins that are easy to cook with and can even be used for other meals.

Hash Browns – Include 2 large russet potatoes and freshly ground black pepper. For an added kick, add 4 chopped green onions and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder before cooking. This will add a bit of crunch to your hash browns. Additional recipes include Mexicali Browns and Sweet Browns.

If you’re not a big fan of eggs, you can even have turkey sausage for breakfast. Turkey sausage includes 1 pound lean ground turkey breast, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon basil, and 1/2 cup chicken broth (make sure you get the low-sodium broth).
