My first interview with the talented American actor, director and writer Alexander Wraith.
It’s been less than a minute since I was first introduced to the rapidly rising Hollywood star on the doorstep of his Los Angeles hotel suite and he’s already gifting me a pair of custom Converse, but nothing is standard on Alex Wraith. From his crazed and surreal childhood to his unlikely emergence as an imaginative genius capable of learning and adapting to virtually anything in a few hours, Wraith’s journey to the threshold of the A-list and the Hollywood elite has defied convention at every turn. off the road.
Growing up in Englewood, New Jersey, a predominantly Jewish, Black and Latino neighborhood, Wraith faced a difficult childhood, one of three children of a hard-nosed war veteran father and an even more relentless mother, always on the move from city to city. , from town to town across the country – His parents trying to find the American dream. Alexander has written and starred in some amazing groundbreaking horror movies of the last few years with GRAYSTONE and is now about to make his directorial debut on TWEED. He is part of a group of filmmakers nicknamed the Splat Pack, due to their association and their focus on the horror genre. Wraith is known for making low-budget, violent horror movies and returning the R rating to horror movies at a time when studios are primarily producing PG-13.
Not only will this up-and-coming actor appear in several highly anticipated upcoming films, he is also a martial artist, a sculpture, and, as he puts it, “whatever you want me to be.”
Since being picked up from the stage by a casting agent during his portrayal of Macbeth, this well-rounded hunk has already planted his feet firmly on the path to Hollywood stardom. With Wraith’s devilish appearance and incredible physique, it’s no wonder this multi-talented actor is stealing the spotlight.
