Get rid of a sore pimple on the chest

Getting rid of that ugly pimple on your chest may seem like a difficult and daunting task, but it is not and in this article I am going to touch on a few points that will help you get rid of your acne a little faster.

Start by drinking lots of water. Drinking 8 glasses of water is what is recommended, however when you have a breakout drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day would be a much better idea, this way you will flush out more harmful toxins and oils that can build up in your pores.

Another thing you can do is make sure you wash your face three times a day with a dye-free, fragrance-free bar of soap. If you have a pimple on your chest, try to avoid using a washcloth and this will ensure it doesn’t irritate you. Using your fingertips to massage the infected area is a much better way to wash.

Stress, stress can be by far one of the biggest reasons people break out even more when a pimple breaks out, trying to relax is a must; acne heals itself in 3-5 days. However, if you stress about your pimples and acne problems, you cause flare-ups of stress that make your acne linger longer than expected.

Over-the-counter topical medications are good for when you have a pimple. Clean the infected area with warm soapy water, apply a toner with a cotton pad, then proceed to rub in a topical ointment and allow to dry. Repeat the process until the pimple is gone.
