Legal Law

How can you use the energy of success to explode the profits in your prepaid legal business? Part 1

So do you really want to be a billionaire in your legal prepaid business or are you just kidding yourself?

What I’m getting ready to share with you now is literally what separates the best of the best in the business from the people who just rise to the totem pole. I’m going to share with you the energy of success and how you can basically be operating at peak performance, getting more done in less time, and creating 10x better work while doing it.

Once again… the value of this information cannot be taken for granted. This is what separates the two people who are doing the exact same actions, but one is 10 times better than the other. So what does it take to operate at your peak performance? What does it take to truly reach your full capacity as a prepaid legal associate?

It takes energy. But you don’t just need energy, you need to have a balance of specific types of energies. You see, there are a lot of counterintuitive things we take for granted when it comes to working hard, being productive, and getting things done when we set out to do them.

Most of us think that to get more done we have to work 10 times harder, we have to work longer, we have to run marathons and stay awake like college students trying to finish that job. And this is how many of us live our working lives. Constantly pushing ourselves over our limits from one minute to the next to the next to the next. However, what we don’t realize we are doing is actually draining all our energy. In reality, we are becoming more unproductive, less powerful, producing more low-quality work, and generally just beating ourselves up.

As legal prepaid associates, we must be aware of the 4 main sources of energy and learn to have a constant supply of this energy so that we are rejuvenated and refreshed to operate at our peak performance all the time. This is the first article in a four article series where I will focus on the 4 sources of energy.

So what are these four sources of energy?

They are:

1. Physical
2. Emotional
3. Mind
4. spiritual

The first source of energy is physical. Physical energy is very important to operate at peak performance. Even if you’re sitting at a computer, talking on the phone, building relationships, whatever you’re doing… you need to FEEL GOOD physically and have the energy to operate at your peak performance.

The physical breakdown is as follows:

Nutrition – Making sure you have the right foods in your body on a daily basis that will leave you feeling energized and alive. He ate a good healthy diet, low in processed foods, high in raw foods and vegetables.

Exercise – This is a very important ingredient in making sure that your body is exercising as much as it should and is constantly growing. If you’re sitting all day, not walking, running, doing anything physical… you’re literally in a state of atrophy. Your body is breaking down. There is nothing that works to make it grow back and stay strong. You will notice a BIG difference in your energy levels with healthy exercise in your life.

Rest – This means the rest you take during the day. Just take time to physically do nothing and rest while you’re awake.

Sleep: Make sure you get enough sleep so that your body constantly rejuvenates itself. This means getting your 8 hours a night, making sure your sleep is good, and getting your body into a certain healthy rhythm. You don’t want to mix and match sleep schedules, stay up all night, and the like. It will mess up the rhythm of your body.

These four things (Nutrition, Exercise, Rest, Sleep) define what you need to have to operate at your peak physical performance in your legal Prepaid business. However, the physical component is only one part. If you are also lacking sources of energy from elsewhere, such as “emotional” energy, which is the subject of my next article in this series, then you will be severely limited when it comes to maximizing your true capacity.
