You can start your own business by working for yourself as a human billboard or rotating sign holder, either part time on weekends or full time. These days, many businesses hire people to stand at busy intersections and corners, holding large signs to entice customers to enter or stop. New home builders, grand openings, pizzerias, political campaigns, etc. they have been using people as human billboards to advertise them, and the demand continues to grow.

There are even classes on sign turning and sign tricks, which will make people even more aware in heavy traffic or pedestrian situations. Someone who holds a big 6ft arrow and uses it to point at things and then can do various tricks with it could land you a lot of jobs, and who knows, maybe you could even become famous one day?

Instead of working for a company and doing it for them, the hours they tell you to work and pay for, you could earn more by doing it yourself. If you have quality costumes, like a gorilla or cartoon character, you could charge even more, while wearing it and doing the sign business. The guy standing on the corner in a nice gorilla suit, holding up a sign pointing to something, will be noticed by everyone who passes by! If he can bring all of that to the business owner, ready to go, with a good price for his services, he could do very well in this business for himself.
