1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 large container ricotta or small curd cheese

2 cups Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 eggs

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

3 cups grated Parmesan or mild cheddar cheese

2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

1 pound Italian sausage, cooked and chopped

1 pound ground beef, cooked and chopped

2 cans of sliced ​​mushrooms

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the sausage and beef.

In a skillet, sauté peppers and onions in olive oil or butter until tender.
