The Martin Park Nature Center at 5000 W Memorial Road is home to a variety of native trees, shrubs and plants, as well as native creatures and 180 species of birds. The Myriad Botanical Gardens at 301 W Reno offers a surreal experience. It is a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden with stone paths, freshwater ponds and streams. The Meinders Garden here features specimens of shrubs and perennials, while the Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory is home to exotic flora and fauna. There is also a gift shop.
