Botox and Dermal Fillers Cosmetology Courses

Dermal Fillers Cosmetology Courses

Our Botox and Dermal Fillers Cosmetology Courses are designed for RNs, Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA), Dentists (DDS in some states) and other qualified medical professionals seeking to become a certified cosmetic injector. These courses will provide the fundamental theoretical knowledge and hands on training required to offer these treatments in a clinical setting. In addition, the courses will cover important topics including safety and contraindications of Botox, as well as the most popular neurotoxin and dermal filler products.

During the course, attendees will learn every useful clinical pearl that their instructors have gathered over their years of practice with the FDA Approved Botulinum Toxin products (Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin). These “pearls” include: treating male vs female patients, correcting poor results from another practitioner, off label use for unique client problems such as lip pop or brow lift, minimizing side effects for clients on antibiotics or those with pre-existing asymmetries, and much more.

The course includes online access to all the materials for 3 months and an onsite laboratory practice mentoring session with your instructor at a date and time convenient for you. You will also receive your certification for the filler and botox courses program as a Certified Cosmetic Nurse Injector (CCNI) and a 1 year membership in the Cosmetic Nurse Injector Group.

This course is a combination of theory and practical training with hands on experience with live models. The number of attendees per course is limited to ensure that you get the maximum amount of instruction and one on one hands on experience. The classroom lectures will cover the basics of assessing the facial anatomy, understanding the indications and contraindications for all injectables, the most popular facial lines and wrinkles, as well as how to perform the injection procedure.

In the practical session, you will be guided by your instructor in performing the actual injections on scheduled volunteers. We encourage you to ask questions and participate in the discussion throughout the day. At the end of the day, you will have injected on multiple models and will leave confident that you can start offering the services right away in your own aesthetic practice.

Our two-day course is the most comprehensive Botox and dermal filler training in the industry. You will spend the majority of the class in the hands on clinic learning to perform facial injections with both neurotoxins and dermal fillers. You will enjoy injecting the most popular neurotoxin products including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin for glabellar lines (frown lines), frontalis lines (horizontal forehead lines), bunny lines, and crows feet areas as well as dermal fillers including Juvederm, Belotero, and Restalane for lips, marionette lines, nasolabial folds/laugh lines, and midface volumization.

PracticalCME is a leading provider of cosmetic training and has been in business since 2008. All MD instructors have over 10 years of experience teaching this type of course. They have never cancelled a class. This hands on course is small and personalized with only 6 providers to 1 MD instructor, ensuring the most one on one training available. In addition, we offer all attendees the option to take our online lecture course before attending the hands on part of the class so that they have a better foundation in the theory and can spend more time with their instructor during the hands on session.
