Six Pack Ab Workout – What are the most effective exercises to burn abdominal fat?

You need to have a solid ripped abs workout routine in order to lose enough belly fat to see your abs. It’s not about doing hundreds of basic crunches on the floor every day. It’s about getting more variety. Read on to find out what I mean.

A solid six pack ab workout would have effective ab exercises like reverse crunches. But the main focus of your workouts shouldn’t be these types of exercises that target your abs.

You need to focus on doing compound exercises like chest presses, squats, and rows. These are very effective exercises to burn abdominal fat. They really help burn fat and build muscle all over.

These are known as compound exercises and should be the staples of your workouts. They are much more effective than any number of regular crunches on the floor.

So for each workout you should be doing between 4-6 of these compound exercises. Bent-over rows, squats, push-ups, and lunges are all great examples.

Then after you’ve done these exercises, add a couple of ab exercises like crunches on an exercise ball. By doing crunches on an exercise ball, you take the stress that crunches put on your back and neck when you do them on the floor.

Be sure to do full body exercises for maximum fat loss. It is best to train 3 times a week with at least 48 hours of rest. So you will have a day off every week.

You must take action. If you don’t stick with your six pack abs workout, you’ll never get the results you really want.
