Water and sunlight help clear acne

Drink more water

The skin stores about 12% of water. It is important to keep this amount with the correct amount of good oil to prevent your skin from getting acne. You need to drink about 2 liters of distilled water every day. If you don’t drink this amount, just start increasing the amount you drink.

Drinking water helps you remove toxins from your blood. By drinking water, you will urinate more and more and more toxins will be flushed out. The cleaner your blood is, the healthier your skin will be and you will not have acne problems.

Use glass containers when buying distilled or reverse osmosis water. Try to avoid using plastic containers for water, as plastic containers contain chemicals that remain on the walls of the container during manufacture and leach into the water.

If you are drinking fresh juices, you will also get water from these juices. Drinking soda is not drinking water.

Here are some things you can do to help you drink more water or to make your water healthier. Find a 16 or 32 oz glass container and add distilled water. Then add one of the following nutrients:

* A few drops of Alkalife. This solution changes the pH of the water from 7 to 8 and also activates the water with its electrolytes: sodium and potassium.

* Squeeze the juice of a lemon into the water. Don’t add sugar. A few drops of honey can be fine.

* Squeeze the juice of a lemon into the water and add up to a teaspoon of MSM powder. MSM is great for skin disorders like acne. It makes skin cells more flexible, allowing more nutrients to enter and leave the cells, and it is anti-inflammatory. MSM is also great for activating peristaltic action and will prevent constipation.

* Put 2 oz of mangosteen in the water. Mangosteen is a body tonic. It works on all parts of the body and will help you maintain regularity.

You can also choose to add your favorite nutritional flavor to give the water additional value.

Choose one of these natural additives for your water and drink this water little by little throughout the day. Here’s one more thing you can do to get rid of acne, improve your skin texture, or keep the nice skin you already have.

Get some sun

One more thing you can do for your skin is get more natural light.

Expose your face to lots of sun and air. This helps your skin heal faster. But don’t deliberately put your face in the sun, but staying in the shade and outdoors gives you plenty of sun and air.

It takes at least 20 to 40 minutes a day outdoors for you to get enough vitamin D for your daily needs.
